Both are lighthearted manga that will make you laugh and maybe also shed a tear. While Ouji Romantica is a collection of one-shots and 99% Cacao is a 3 chapter story they are both enjoyable. Both stories put a little spin on the typical Shoujo manga.
I personally enjoy female leads who think for themselves and a stronger and more masculine male lead who also proves to have some real character. I think both of these mangas showcase these types of characters.
