the art style is kind of the same. while i was reading ZHD, i couldn't help remember AnS. lol. there are both princes in the story (Johanne in ZHD and Zen in Ans) both the main girls are related to medicine in some way. they're both really good stories and really cute. :) i'm pretty sure if you like one of them, you'll like the other.
Fantasies with royal characters and nobles as the main characters. The prince's in both stories have a similar character, they are the second princes and both of them have a strong sense of justice and a strong commitment to the woman they love. Both are "true" princes who are good in spirit and heart and willing to sacrifice themselves and their titles for the girl they love.

Both series focuses on political and romance that binds the two main characters together in a fated story. The main female protagonist has a strong personality and is not afraid to speak her mind. Throughout both series, we see the relationships she builds with others especially with the main male character. Similarly, the main male character also has a strong will and a princely like aura that makes them appealing. There is internal chemistry that can easily be seen with the duo's relationship. Recommended for fans of fantasy and romance.
