Nisekoi takes every single genre troupe, plot point and plot twist from Ichigo 100%, that you'll be able to predict the outcome of one, by reading the other.
Both are good Harem titles associated with Shounen Jump. Ichigo 100% has more fanservice, if you're into that kind of thing. I feel that they had a similar feeling with a decent balance of humor and serious moments, and the characters, as a whole, are pretty interesting in both.

Both's main focus point is a boy having to chose between various girls that he has reasons to like, but can't decide on.
Romance drama that stands out above the mass generic manga of same kind because of their well-crafted, story-driven harem plot and beautiful artwork.
Both feature some ecchi scenes for fan-service and some comedy for laughs, while not losing sight of the overall progression of plot.
