I read koi to uso today, and got a kuzu no honkai-esque feel from it.
Quite similar, really. Koi to uso is subtler and less fucked up, but both kuzu no honkai and koi to uso are angsty and have elements of unrequited love.
Pretty similar how the mc of both stories start to kind of develop feelings for their arranged partner/ fake lover (though it wasn't explicitly stated, so this is just inferred from how nejima and hanabi behave around lilina and mugi respectively)
There are hints of same gender attraction in both stories too (ecchan and hanabi, nisaka and nejima).
