Just replace the 'World's strongest Hero' with 'Japan's strongest Yakuza member'
It really has the same spirit. It's really chilling and the humour is quite the same, of course, in Gokushufudou, there isn't fights like in OPM, but it still has the same kind of style and slices of life if you read/watch One Punch Man for the humour and the fact that Saitama doesn't have any powers
