The two sets of main characters remind me a ridiculous amount of one another, to the point that when I read Ano Ko ni Kiss, I thought I was reading the same story with a different artist. The art styles are very different, don't get me wrong, but if you like Sougou Tovarisch, and you want to read something really similar, this might get you your fix. Be warned, however, Ano Ko ni Kiss does have a lot of other couples it focuses on as well, so you're not just following the two main characters, but it's definitely still yuri, so go for it. Also,
