Both mangas show a mediocre guy trying to get with an incredibly talented girl, whereas I"s is more theatre while Suzuka is more sports. Both include various subjects concerning relationships. Cheating, loss, rejection, purity, one-sidedness, and many others. The love between the main character and the heroine in both mangas are especially similar. Working their way up from a one-sided relationship, meeting many trials and difficulties along the way. I loved both mangas, and seeing as how incredibly similar they are, you'll probably love one if you loved the other.
Both stories are about young man falling in love with a girl, who just happens to be a bit of celebrity. Iori Yoshizuki wants to be an actress while Suzuka Asahina is an athlete. Both series take place in high school and a bit in university. In both cases lead male has the best friend, who happens to be a real pervert. In both mangas there's also a great deal of secondary characters - classmates and so. Both boys place their girlfriend's happiness above all else and put much work into it.
Suzuka could be called I''S++ (better version :P) if not for lack of Katsura

The author puts a lot of effort into the story, and even more into the graphics. Can't put them down.
If you liked Suzuka then you are bound to like I''s.Both mangas revolve around an ordinary guy having a crush on a celebrity type girl. Both of them develops around one sided love to mutual love, also there are other female characters who like the main male character but none of these mangas can be called a harem. Also both of them continue even after the confession. But the real similarity between the two mangas is that in both of them the characters need to choose between their careers and their love.
