Not a 4-koma, and the art style is very different, but it is similar in its story.
Both are a cute romance story about main characters and friends experiencing the developpement of relationships, from the first few steps to meeting the parents, etc. The main couple is also kind of a weird pairing at the start.
Horimiya's main female lead is more bossy than ojojojo's, and is not a tsundere.
the main male lead is a bit mysterious at first, but opens up pretty quickly compared to ojojojo's. Aside from that, the kind of humour is also pretty different.
