Both of these stories include the main female trying to become a lady but after a few chapters NC just turns into a story about the club and not about becoming a lady.
They both have a heroine that both get rejected by a boy. And the boys in each of these stories try to help these heroines to become more lady like.
however, in Nadeshiko club, the heroine is more lady like or energetic than than the one in Yamato Nadeshiko shichi henge.
