The premise of both manga are centered around the protagonist (both named Kazuya, at that) dying and being given another chance at life.
Umareru's protaganist sees this as an opportunity to benefit himself and lose his virginity...(In a way you'd expect only a scumbag to)
In contrast, Ore ga Dotei's protagonist sees this as an opportunity to preserve it while aiming to, for the most part, help those around him while trying to benefit himself in the long run. (Don't get excited, this guy's a jerk too.)
Both manga draw the reader in as the story unfolds and give them the ability to watch the character change
