Both manga contains a seme who doesn't believe his partner's feeling for him, because of the shady pasts of the ukes. In Kuchizuke wa Uso no Aji, Makio has a different face under his liar mask; he hides his thought and feelings. In Iimon Warumon, Naoto was born into a thief family therefore he is a thief reluctantly. Both of them wants their partners believe them and their feelings for them.
Each manga has really good art style, i think if you like one then you like others too ^^
