Both manga deal with the master-butler dynamic, where the master acts kinda like a brat and the butler has to put up with his antics because of his duties (and his feelings). But the manner in which these relationships are treated, is vastly different. While Kyouju is fun and light hearted, Ouji is dark and showcases a dysfunctional relationship.
