There are a lot of similarities too; He Dedicated to roses and LIFE, the theme first of all. (Rich girl that gives no cares to someone elses life tricks a girl into doing whatever they want, then Girl finds a way to become stronger) and then the chararcters in both manga's seem a lot alike.
For example:
(LIFE) Manami is a lot like- (He Dedicated to roses) Mini
(LIFE) Ayumu is a lot like- (He Dedicated to roses)Ida
and so on....
A lot of similarities
1: Rich girl act cute and innocent but in fact is evil
2: Under different situation/reason, rich girl bully our main girl lead and make her life crap
3: Rich girl asked a guy to rape main girl but failed and went to jail(or is it juvenile hall?)
4: Rich girl speaks in third person, Mana in LIFE, Mimi in He Dedicated to roses.
5: Main girl became stronger (in heart) and fight of the rich girl
