Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou is definitely more moe and more apocalyptic than YKK, but the tone of the manga are remarkably similar. Those interested in post-apocalyptic iyashikei would be well served by going back and reading the original of that apparent genre as well as the newest entry.
Mono no aware, gentle dystopian feeling, and just utterly beautiful in their own right. Both are the most precious Slife of Life manga you can get without too much drama and really set the bar for Slife of Life especially Iyashikei subgenre.
Both have similiar iyashikei tropes, both also takes part in a post-apocalyptic scenario. Although, Girls Last Tour is more apocalyptic than YKK. They also have similiar mono no aware feels.
Both works are special slice-of-life, iyashikei with a post-apocalyptic setting. Interactions with the environment play a huge role, as well as the apocalyptic element (especially in Girls' Last Tour).
Drawing influence from the concept of "mono no aware", both works are meant to inspire bittersweet feelings about the impermanence of things, alongside appreciation for humble pleasures in life.

They're both slice of life, iyashikei manga that takes place in a post-apocalyptic word. They both have an episodic story structure and similar calming atmosphere.
While Girl' Last Tour focuses more on the apocalyptic word, Yokohama focuses more on the characters.

They both have a very similar, "Cosy Dystopia" feeling. Girl's Last Tour is certainly darker, with YKK presenting a more idyllic take on humanity's end.
