Akame ga Kill is a better version of this story, much better and that is why i want to recommend you akame ga kill if you liked deadman wonderland. Both shows are atrocious in the amount of gore they pour down just for the sake of it. However in akame ga kill it has greater meaning, it's a way to push the plot forward. You will see a much more effective way to make use of gore for the sake of story telling. Never get too excited when exploring a dark place where killing almost seems equivalent to nature. What's right or wrong is determined by pure might and position regardless of the consequences. 'Akame ga Kill' showcases a world of impurity and corruption where justice must be served through evil means. All glorious achievements and histories created by the power of good will instantly be extinguished if the bearer falls in the hands of malfeasance.
