If you liked the characters that make up the love triangle in one, you will probably like the other. Both manga have a flirtatious, feminine-like, playboy who's a bit twisted and doesn't take anything seriously in the beginning, and a snappy guy who doesn't like the MC in the beginning but soon afterwards becomes embarrassed and blushes easily around her. There are elements of both comedy and drama.
Differences: The main girl from CBTG has a personality that's a bit more confrontational than N!, and CBTG is a lot longer so there's more sources of drama that drive the plot.
