(specifically a reccomendation for Tokei Monogatari, the fourth story in Jigen no Kanata)
Supernatural powers involving time (stopping it in Futari no Distance, and reversing it in "If") are used so people can have sex. In both, there's actually a somewhat decent story (for hentai) and some romance (though more so in Distance).
"If" has rape though (but time traveling kind of negates it in some ways), so stay away if you can't even stand seeing that at all. Futari no Distance is vanilla with romance.
