Both deals with characters falling in love to their teacher/student. Both are romantic comedy manga. The only difference is in "Sugar Family" they are stepbrother/sister while in Kiss Yori Mo, they are student/teacher at first and ends up getting married in secret.
Biggest similarity is the teacher and student living together. Teacher is sort of silly in both. Main female characters are likable and have a spine. Equally funny.
