Both these mangas include a student and teacher relationship with protective male protagonists. The major difference is that the teacher and student don't live together. Notheless, both are very cute, neither is to be missed!

Both are shoujo school romances between a teacher and a student. That's where the similarities stop though.
Sensei ni Ageru is rather short and fluffy, both teacher and student are kinda pure personalities. Kiss yori mo Hayaku is more developed, the teacher is constantly teasing her and they refrain from kissing 'til the very end.
