In both mangas, the females falls in love with a guy, and when around them, start having nosebleeds upon sight of the male or at least near them. Love is mutual, and all turn well in the end. However, Karin is a much more longer manga, and the female is a vampire, and in Koi no Akashingou is just a oneshot and is just an ordinary girl.
