Both are mangas with historical setting and have a similar art style. Both share a focus on supernatural beings (vampires/demons/shinigami) and fantasy, though Kuroshitsuji is more dark.

Vanitas no Carte and Kuroshitsuji both involve two people, one normal and one not, dealing with supernatural beings. Both have a similar art style, style of comedy and setting as well. Both are manga published by Square Enix. If you like one, read the other.
