I think they are alot alike because they both have very strong female leads and the guys are always on thw quiet cool side but they are nice and really care alot. Also they both are placed in High School and the everyday life of how there relisonship devlops!
*There arent any fighting scences in Koukou Debut though!
Junai Tokkou Taichou's most parts are similar to the happy middle arcs of Koukou Debut(yes, the ones which are funny as hell). Both lead males have problems expressing themselves. Both female leads are very strong in terms of physical power. Both are romantic comedies which can actually make you laugh and give you that butterfly feeling.
If you liked one, there's no doubt you'll like the other. You'll fall instantly in love with the straight-forwardness of the main characters. Both are true to themselves and are good people.
