Ecstasy. KomoKuni and Soda Water of August both follow this time of nothing but peace and happiness.
Although KomoKuni is much more intimate with the theme, using friendship outings in the industrial revolution era, August Soda Water conveys this with a childlike viewpoint on Cape of Suiyo, a time of seeking and understanding the basics of the world around.
Both are wonderful reads that don't take too much time to go through. They both happen to have colour too.
