Both main characters are piano prodigy's that hit a roadblock in there career. The two main characters were forced to become a piano prodigy by there parents and have to practice constantly--in Moon Hye Rin's case in excess of 10 hours a day.
These manga are seinen/shounen but could easily be seen as josie/shoujo based on the artwork. Either way, they can be enjoyed by anyone, male or female.

Both main characters were expected to become master pianists but they stop playing for a period of time. They both also meet another musician who helped them "color their world".
