KKJ and Maid-sama main two characters are somewhat similar. The Strong Girl who appears tough, while dealing with some family problems, and does what she can to help others. Then in the first chapter introduces the main guy who, bit by bit, understands what she goes through and does whatever they can to protect her. Sounds like the basic shoujo ideal, right? Ahah... No.
It's called recommendation bc it's worth the read. Both mangas have a great meaning to them around this shoujo cliche, while their tragedy and storyline go far to make it really enjoyable.
