Both have a character that is deaf and they're both romance (koeka might not really by romance but it's implied). They are both emotional and deal with the life problems of the mc and the deaf character. They are both adorable stories and end in the same vague but insightful way. Can't See could be seen the grown-up version of KoeNo.
