Slice of life Otaku fare. If you like the girls obsession with Yaoi in Genshiken you'll enjoy Mousou Shojo Otaku-kei and vice versa.

Genshiken and Mousou Shoujo Otaku-kei satirizes otaku culture and delivers a story of character relationships with comedy and drama. Both series' main male and female protagonists are involved in romantic relationships that gets fairly complicated as the story develops. There is also a lot of comedy and satire about the otaku culture. Mousou Shoujo Otaku-kei is fairly known for poking fun at BL context while Genshiken contains many popular anime/manga references. Do note that Mousou Shoujo Otaku-kei has a bit of more mature context.
