If you liked one, you would probably like the other, although Only You is slightly happier (most likely because it's a shoujo). They both deal with ESP with dark themes, experiments, romance, drama, and general creepiness. The romance in Only You reminded me of ES due to their intensity of emotion and starting out in similar ways.
