Both manga are about someone from our era somehow ending up in the Sengoku era, and both are closely related to Nobunaga. In Concerto the protagonist is an ordinary high school boy who must become Nobunaga, in Chef we have a cook who takes his 21st century culinary knowledge to old Edo.

Both these manga are historical fiction with a similar plot.
In Nobunaga no Chef, a modern day chef called Ken gets sent back in time and becomes a chef for Oda Nobunaga.
In Nobunaga Concerto, a modern day schoolboy called Saburo goes back in time. He actually resembles Nobunaga. This makes things very interesting.
Both manga are historically pretty accurate and very interesting to read. Good quality seinen! Action, drama, philosophy, history and a little bit of romance. On their own they are great, but reading them one after another makes things even more fun.
