Violent nus, demons/angels and a nice story! Stigmata may be a bit short, but totally worth it. :)
Sexy nuns with big guns, male hero with not-so-good past, world based on twisted Christian mythology. Another manga which shows exotic is European culture for Asia.
Personally, I think that both series are just average - art, plot, characters, humor - but still worth reading. "Stigmata" could be really good story, but it's too short and too laconic - maybe if author made the same story in ten volumes not three... "Chrno" jest quite better, but idea wasn't so great. I believe both mangas are nice source for learning how to create good concept based on same mythology without being narrow-minded. It may seem crazy

The two of them feature a religious organization whose mission is to fight against demons and they happen after an important war. The characters are really similar:
-Rose and Rosette are both nuns, they are known for being quite aggressive and are usually punished by their superiors.
-Iota and Chrno have a somewhat childish behaviour most of the time, but they know when to get serious. They used to be very powerful, but they don't have as much power as before for some reason. Also, both are often told off by the main girl.
