Both mangas are about high schoolers falling in love from a sweet point of view. Simples but cutes mangas shojos.
In KnT the story follows the main girl growth (she has troubles expressing herself and so is unable to make Friends) as she falls for a refreshing classmate in the three years of highschool.
LC follows the relationship between the cheerful protagonist and the boy. The story here follows their relationship itself, taking place not only in highschool but university too.
