Both about a really dense girl with very little social skills and a male love interest that's perfect to the dot... Last Game's time frame/setting moves a lot quicker, but they're both really similar.
Mikoto and Sawako are both dense and the guys are refreshing and out going. :)

Kujou and Sawako are very similar. They both lack friends at the beginning, are quite plain-looking, and are very dense when it comes to love. The heros fall in love with them, but developments are slow (nevertheless, extremely cute.) I think Last Game is most similar to Kimi ni Todoke, but it's more like a cross between Kimi ni Todoke, Special A, and Kaichou wa Maid Sama. haha
