Similar beginning about a girl who is looking for a boyfriend, and confess to a random boy even though they never/barely know each other, also with the boy accepting the confession.
The manga is also centered on them slowly trying to build their relationship together, with a couple of side character having their own relationship (In HajiOtsu, it's more focused on the main couple).
IMO, I think HajiOtsu is better, so try to check BokuHaji first.
