There is a reason I like Fukigen Cinderella and it isn't purely the gender bender, a lot of the recommendations I see for it are for solely gender-bender and really aren't similar at all. In fact I could never find one similar to this no matter how much I looked. However, Boku wa mari was something I stumbled across thanks to crunchyroll and I noticed similarities in the vibe and maturity they display. In both series, there's a body switch gimmick as part of its storytelling. The main protagonist gets involved into some complicated affairs as their entire life takes on bizarre turns. There's a lot of mystery that comes to light as well when we learn more about the characters and their backgrounds. Both series has mind game tropes that gets more and more twisted each chapter. In addition, there's an decent amount of mature context and sensible topics that are part of their story.
