The stting was quite similar, both MC and Heroine were leader of their own faction and their faction hate each other.
The big difference is, while Raku and Chitoge faking relationship so their faction could live peacefully, Inudzuka and Perucia are having real relationship while keeping it secret from their faction.

Both are based on two characters in a troublesome relationship, with most of the troubles coming from the 'gangs' that they're both leaders of. In Nisekoi, the main 'couple' has to make it a secret that they aren't actually dating to their respective gangs. In Juliet, the main couple has to make it a secret that they are dating to their respective gangs.
Both have same energy, the both MC and heroine is leader/son or daughter of leader of rival gangs. And they have a similar relationship but in nisekoi their relationship is fake and in boarding school Juliet is their relationship is true.
Both stories are parody of the play 'Romeo and Juliet'. The main couple in both stories have to hide the "true" nature of their relationship to avoid trouble between their respective factions/gangs, however in completely opposite ways. In Boarding School Juliet, the originally lovey-dovey couple has to act hostile to one another, whereas in Niskeoi, they have to act as a lovey-dovey couple despite fighting all the time (atleast in the beginning). Nisekoi has a bit more comedy while Boarding School Juliet has a bit more overarching plot. Both feature a blonde heroine.
