You can't deny the fact that these two are completely the same. Except for the introduction and some other aspects. The MC has two step-siblings, there's a teacher he likes (in DnK is her step sister, and in KxS is just some other woman), there's a blonde that likes the MC, there's a classmate of the MC that has awkward moments with him.
And both of them are extremely ecchi.
But I still like Kiss X Sis way more. Maybe because it's a "classic".
If you enjoyed one, I'm sure you'll enjoy the other.
