I can certainly see similarities between both of these, so I reckon it would be likely for fans of one to like the other. Here's why ~
Both Ouran and Otomen spend a lot of time poking fun at common shoujo clichés and tropes whilst also utilising them to their potential bests, making for a funny, fluffy and usually light-hearted read.
