eh, I see that Ouran has a lot of recommendations, so I'll keep this short.
In B.O.D.Y, the main character is a host, but that's only like 30% of the plot. He falls for the girl, and the girl rejects him, but eventually they fall in love. The MC girl is more feminine, and no crossdressing. I just thought it was pretty similar, but this one is more of a mature love, only a few comedy parts.
