Fairytales! They both handle the same theme, albeit in different ways, yet the goal is similar enough; to gather/seal every fairytale in a book while fending off enemies. The origin stories of the fairytales differ, but they take a dark spin in both works, while in Dokusai Grimoire, they come to life as characters and have their own distinct personality. The true charming point is the characters and their interactions, as they win you over slowly but surely and you cannot help, but like even some of the unlikable bunch.
