They basically have the same blueprint: strong girl who protects the other girls in her school against the guys. By some coincidence, she gets to know another good looking guy who is different from the rest. Notwithstanding her protests, he comes to save her. This causes her to fall in love with him.
Maid-sama is a lot longer though.
