Although these manga belong to diametrically opposite genres, I couldn't help but draw parallels between the two. On one hand you have MC1 - the light haired heart throb of the college who is famous for his looks. Since his looks were always the center of attention right from his childhood, it made people misinterpret/question his intentions, as a result of which he became a shut in and never had a serious relationship before. He also has a terrible attitude.
On the other hand we have MC2 - dark haired, cute, clumsy and above average looking, who engages a relationship with MC because of their shortcomings.
