This line perfectly describes the story of Kimi ga as well. If you ignore Saezuru's yakuza setting and Yashiro's masochism, you'll find that both manga have nearly identical character relationships - a master/employer who's a dick to his newly appointed employee, makes him work hard and do jobs that purposefully humiliate him, while his hard working and perseverant employee takes it all in bc he's besotted with his master.
