Both are set in a boys school.
The relationships of Takara x Kiyomine and Georges x Robert are similar in;
Takara and Georges both are rejected from Kiyomine and Robert for features of their face.
Takara and Georges are both naive and have their complexes. Takara is afraid to be a burden to people and hated for it. Georges is afraid for just 'not being liked'.
Kiyomine and Robert are unlikable guys that change for the better when interacting with Takara and Georges.
Komahoshi is comedy, La Esperança is drama.
