What can be more similar other these two? I mean, both Tonari no Seki-kun and Kuzumi-kun focus around a girl who think about a boy who seem doesn't care about what is going on on earth. Both girl-leads trying their hard to ask or to prevent that boy of doing something within only their mind. Both the boy-leads don't talk and both are interesting in a very similar way.
There's a lot of similarities between the two mangas. From the main character who doesn't speak, to the female main who get's distracted from the absurd things the main character is able to do. Both of them are a humorous storyline set in a school.
You may choose to read both of them for i thing they will be while worth your time
