maybe the storyline isn't so similar..although it's about showbiz (music-nana, fashion-the one)..BUT! the art is so similar!!! lele in the first volumes looks like nana o. but her personality is very similar to nana k.( the hachiko style)!! and eros looks like takumi!! i would have to appreciate more the one for the sexiness of the male protagonists...hehe:)))
they're both funny & have a great story and at the beginning i found some characters very similar too

While their concepts aren't the same, I find Nana and The One to have very similarities especially in regards to its realism. The main female protagonists gets involved with other famous superstars in the entertainment/fashion world. There's complex relationships going on throughout both manga that tells stories. If you're looking forward to characterization with a complex yet realistic story, I would suggest giving these two manga a try.
Both are fashion themed stories with a lot of romance and drama in them.
