Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru

Uragiri reminded me of X at first sight, as it is clearly a bland copy of Clamp's masterpiece, unquestionably a deeper and far superior manga.
Certain characters share many similarities: Kamui and Yuki are troubled, orphaned 15 years old boys with a power within them; Kusanagi and Tsukumo are able to communicate with animals; Kotori and Touko are sweet, blonde little sisters.
Similar mood and common themes, such as dreams, destiny, friendship.
Lots of beautiful boys, plenty of angst and drama, BL undertones.

A very similar plot with very similar characters. If you like one you´ll definitely enjoy the other;D
Both are dark and broody gothic inspired stories as well as having troubled characters in it too and hints of romance in them as well too.
