They're both set with a focus on the the supernatural world where the two heroines get involved with the ayakashi/supernaturals that are not usually seen by humans, and become a being stuck between the human and supernatural worlds. They share some emotional backstories and good humour, and ofc great art.
-romcom
-MC live between the living and dead world
-male protagonist are funny, likeable characters with dark past
if you like comedic, sad, emotional , cute , cool manga like Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun, Noragami is for you!
these two manga has a similarity with their supernatural universe ... and characters.
the two heroines had been in a curse or a situation where they're half human and half supernatural being and they were promised to return into full human later on by the male protagonists and it made a situation where they can't seperate from each other
though Noragami is looks more mature, but it has it's positive points for being so
Both are funny + supernatural and both male protagonists are amazing = good must reads
Supernatural series that looks fun and lighthearted but also have more dark and mysterious themes surrounding the story and characters.
The two heroines are somewhat of a medium between the human and supernatural world, while the two protagonists are supernatural beings themselves and accompany the heroine throughout the story.

Both have supernatural and romantic elements with comedic moments to break the tension. There are also themes of horror, which is especially great from Hanako-Kun because it juxtaposes the 'moe' art style. Both main characters are suddenly thrust into the supernatural world, and the love interest is one with amazing powers who has to protect/fight/ etc.
I don't really have a concrete reason besides comedy+pain, but a lot of the fandom overlaps so I think if you liked one, definitely try the other!
