I second! I was going over here just to make the very same recommendation but for total different reasons. If you ask me the alcohol doesn't play such a significant part in these stories. Both are yaoi about a relationship between men that is plausible. You could actually imagine this story is about real people. Their uncertainties will not remind you of a shoujo manga. These stories aren't stitched together from one fallacy to another. The characters in these manga's act like adults and have a mind of their own, which they actually use. These stories are definitely a must read!
In both, the characters become closer because they got drunk and they fell in-love with each other.. beer is the beginning in Doushitemo Furetakunai but in Saigo no Door wo Shimero! every time they got drunk they act true, they lie, they hide, and also it makes them grow closer..
they both have the feeling of reality and maturity..
reading them will make you feel wanting to love and to be love <3
