Both mangas take place in a post-apocalyptic world where creatures of unknown origin (Titans / Infernals) needs to be defeated in order to protect humanity. The protagonists join the squad responsible for fighting them. They also have a central mistery that revolves around the world they live and the origin of these monsters that will be revealed as the storyline progress.
