This anime is similar to Shingeki no Kyojin in a different way. That way would be storytelling. Beastars is an amazing story for a manga. It's written by a female mangaka, but the masterpiece it is, I can't quite put my finger on it. Is it the realistic representation of racism? I don't have a clue myself. It's quite a read, then you'll understand how good it is. And no, it is not a furry anime.
